Refund Policy

Every school assumes certain financial obligations based on student enrollment as fixed at the beginning of a new school year. Expenses continue for the school even when a student withdraws.  A refund policy that is fair to both the student and the school is essential, thus the following policy has been adopted: A student, who desires to withdraw from the school, must file a statement with the Registrar before withdrawing. The date on which this form is completed and filed in Registrar’s office will be considered the official date of last attendance.  Phone cancellations are not acceptable. The student is obligated to pay any remaining balance due.

Refunds on tuition will be made as follows:

  1. During the 2nd week of classes 50%
  2. During the 3rd week of classes 40%
  3. During the 4th week of classes 25%

No refund is made for courses dropped after the fourth week of classes. Note policy.
